My name is Louise Caine and I am a fully qualified, registered Counsellor, EFT Practitioner and Regression/Past Life Regression therapist, drawing upon this powerful and effective blend of Transpersonal Counselling and Energy Medicine within my work. I am also a trained, experienced Shamanic Practitioner, having been engaged passionately in this work since 2000.

I approach my work from a place of warmth, intuition and compassion and offer this from a safe, supportive, confidential space in a beautiful, peaceful environment just outside Bristol. My own experience of Regression Therapy has been an incredibly empowering, humbling journey enabling me to disentangle myself from what, I now realise, was never actually mine to carry - a powerful transformation process from feeling 'trapped' in the past to being 'present' in the Now. I feel clearer, stronger, happier and more authentic as I create my life from this grounded, positive place.

Regression Therapy provides an opportunity to identify, unblock, release and transform any energy holding us back in life, be it in the form of negative thought patterns, behaviours or physical manifestations such as anxiety, depression, addictions, phobias etc. Sometimes just one or two sessions is all that is needed to kickstart significant change or dramatically ease physical symptoms such as headaches or back pain. Clients often speak of feeling "lighter", "alive", "free" and more "confident".
