I have always been fascinated by the mind, body and spirit relationship. One of my first encounters with past life regression was with the author Jenny Cockell who wrote the book, 'Yesterdays Children'. It was only later when the opportunity arose I became a full time hypnotherapist and started to align my profession, beliefs, hobbies, and combining many different areas of learning into a congruent way of life.

I am now a full time Clinical Hypnotherapist. I trained for three years with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (LCCH) and am a member and supervisor for the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH).

I continue to explore the application of hypnosis for spiritual understanding and personal development. I also work a great deal with 'energy', (Chi, Ki, Prana). I am qualified in auricular acupuncture and have taught Aikido for over twenty years.

Training as a Life Between Lives Therapist was a natural progression and is a gentle and respectful way of reconnecting to our essence of who we really are. It gives an incredible sense of 'being'. Not just reading the theory but actually experiencing our connection with the universal sense of 'everything', whatever you choose to call it.
