I have always been comfortable with the knowledge that we are 'energetic' beings inter-connected with each other and the rest of the universe through many dimensions. As a child I was always aware of the spirit world and came into this world remembering some of my past lives. I have always been intuitive. I love being a Regression Therapist. I use my Reiki training within my Regression therapy, having passed first and second degree. I have studied and passed my Foundation Course in Numerology at the Connaissance School of Numerology in Royston Herts and I am about to complete my Diploma in Esoteric Numerology. I read the soul path through tarot cards and work alongside my clients' Spirit Guides who offer assistance in exploring different aspects of the challenges we choose to accept in this life. I am also a trance medium and channeller. My trance mentor is Robin Winbow who was senior tutor at The college of Psychic Studies and my mediumship training from beginner to advanced has been with Tony Stockwell’s Studio in Essex, The College of Psychic Studies in London and The Arthur Findlay College at Stanstead. I continue with advanced mediumship training workshops, at least twice a year at 'bootcamp' with Mavis Pittilla and Tony Stockwell, as the level of discipline involved in my mediumship workshops, continues to strengthen my contact with the Spirit Guides during my Regression Therapy sessions. Throughout all my years of training, I have been aware not only of the guidance, but of the amazing love and boundless energy from the Spirit Guides, both mine and my clients.

Now all this training comes together as I work in healing across time and space, with Regression Therapy. I am privileged to be able to do so.

I met Sally Ann at a time in my life when I desperately needed help and guidance - I was really struggling to get through each day and at times couldn't see a way out. Through working together I found much greater direction and also faith / hope that I could get out of the situation I was in. This was by understanding why recent events had affected me in such a way and why things had to unfold exactly the way they did and that these issues would keep coming back to me until they were addressed.
The healing process was not just via one method - the regression work was invaluable, because it answered questions - but for me it was more the all round support and care that Sally Ann gave to me which really helped. She is in undoubtedly gifted in her connection to spirit and extremely modest with it too. I would say one of the things I really like about her is that she is so down to earth and very practical - you are told what comes through, whether you like what is said or not and at times this can be tough - but I found this extremely refreshing.
